Jade is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and poolside service. You can dine on the deck while enjoying panoramic views of nearby St. Barth's as the ocean laps at our Resort’s walls.

When journeying about the island, you can be sure to satisfy whatever your tastes desire. On the French side, you can choose from dozens of gourmet restaurants. The marina in downtown Marigot is a great place to enjoy a romantic dinner on the water.

The Dutch side is home to restaurants serving fine Italian, American and other international cuisine, with outdoor cafes such as Cheri’s Café in Maho Beach Resort providing great food in a fun atmosphere at reasonable prices.
