Exclusive upgrade and split usage options for owners at OBBR:

Owners at OBBR have exclusive options to upgrade their units, and split their weeks, if included in their Purchase Agreement, for a modest fee.

Effective Sunday October 14, the fees for upgrading to a one, or two bedroom unit or splitting the usage of a unit will be as follows:

• Upgrading from a Studio to a One-Bedroom: US$ 175.00
• Upgrading from a One-Bedroom to a Two-Bedroom: US$ 175.00
• Upgrading from a Studio to a Two-Bedroom: US$ 350.00
• Split fee: US$ 325.00
