A New Dimension at Oyster Bay Beach Resort!
Construction is currently underway on the Oyster Bay Marina. In July 2013, the foundation steel piles for the marina were driven into the limestone rock at the bottom of the Oyster Pond. Next, the solid concrete construction overlaid by plasticized wood planks on the docks will be installed. You can watch all the progress of this exciting construction, which will be completed October 2013, on our webcam on this page.

Iron Shore Management, an affiliate of Pearl Development, will provide management services to the Marina, as well as operate its own slips in the Marina. Many of the slips have been sold to water activity providers. This will bring diving, fishing and pleasure boats for hire directly to the Resort — just steps from the lobby. Plus, the addition of the Marina will have a very positive effect on the Resort as it expands to take advantage of the beautiful Oyster Pond front bordering one side of the Resort.

While most of the Oyster Bay Marina slips are already sold, there are still some available. These slips are being sold by the Resort affiliate, Lighthouse Realty, managed by Susan Coquin.

When you purchase a slip in the marina, you also acquire an undivided interest in the marina’s common areas, including the dock and the dock master’s house. As the owner, you can use the slip to store your own vessel or you can rent, sell or otherwise convey the slip to someone else. Plus, marina owners will receive a 25 percent discount on all overnight stays at the resort.

Plus, those with a boat moored in the marina have access to the resort’s bountiful amenities, including an infinity pool, restaurants and lounges, laundry facilities, luxury spa services, a health club, parking and shops.
