Ricardo Perez
General Manager
Prior to accepting his position at Oyster Bay, Perez served as Chief Financial Officer of the world-renowned, five-star Cap Juluca Resort on Anguilla where he was involved in the resort’s day to day operations. With more than twenty years of hospitality experience, much of that in executive-level positions, Perez has the ideal combination of expertise and talent to increase the resort’s service to five-star quality.
Anne-Marie Brooks
Assistant Resort General Manager
Even as a little girl in Holland, Anne-Marie was involved in hotel administration and serving guests. Today, she brings her expert professionalism to the Resort. As Assistant General Manager, she ensures a quality vacation for all of our guests. She runs the Resort when our General Manager is not available.
Susan Coquin
Manager, Lighthouse Realty
Susan successfully sold all 18 luxury, waterfront, whole-ownership condominiums at the Lighthouse at Oyster Bay. She now manages the new Lighthouse Realty, which is an affiliate of Oyster Bay Beach Resort. Her office is located onsite in 1201. Her knowledge of the island’s real estate market will help propel our new real estate brokerage venture to ultra successful heights as well as help market our own condominium offerings.
Paolo Lo Castro
General Sales Manager
Paolo originally hails from the lovely Island of Sicily. He speaks several languages including perfect English with an Italian flourish. Paolo comes to us with 10 years experience at a large and well-respected, multi-site, American, timeshare resort, where he was a regional sales manager. His experience and his appreciation for Oyster Bay Beach Resort and St. Maarten make him the perfect manager for our sales force.
Mientje Brown
Human Resources Manager
Mientje is in charge of dealing with all employee concerns, well-being, recognition and training programs in addition to community relations A Rhode Island college graduate who was born and raised in St. Maarten, she has performed her job at Oyster Bay with excellence since 1993.
Ninoska Lambert
Rooms Division Manager
Recently nominated as “Rookie of the Year” by the St. Maarten Hospitality and Tourist Association, Ninoska is no rookie. She graduated from a prestigious hotel management school in Holland and demonstrated her abilities to lead and manage with confidence.
Spartaco
Restaurant Manager
Spartaco started his career at the world-famous La Samana Hotel thirty years ago where he rubbed elbows with such celebrities as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Diana Ross. Today, he is the maitre’d and manager at Infinity Restaurant. Spartaco has infused Infinity with his personal style and commitment to the highest standards of customer service. He inspired the menu’s Mediterranean and Italian influences and continues to introduce new and innovative ideas for the pleasure of our guests.
King Beau Beau
Owner of Beau Beau’s Restaurant
The proprietor of restaurant, Beau Beau’s at Oyster Bay – the Resort’s fabulous beachside bar and restaurant, is none other than “King Beau Beau” – St. Maarten’s acclaimed singing talent and King of the Carnival. Thanks to his background in restaurant management, Beau Beau (Leroy Brooks) wows our guests with a winning combination of tropical drinks, delectable meals and fun entertainment.
