To be eligible, you must refer a VIP guest (not a current owner) who is either staying with you at our Resort, staying at another resort or has been referred by you as a prospective buyer. (Referrals of guests already staying at our Resort will not be recognized unless the guest has traveled to the Resort with you or is staying with you.) To qualify, VIP guests must be at least 28 years old, accompanied by a spouse, if married, have an annual income of $50,000 or more and be sincerely interested in hearing more about becoming an Oyster Bay Beach Resort owner.

Referred VIP guests will be allowed to reserve an efficiency unit, depending on availability, for a one-week stay beginning Friday, Saturday or Sunday, with no upgrades available (Dec 15 - Mar 31 excluded). Each referred guest will be asked to pay an incredibly low down payment of $545 upfront on his or her credit card and encouraged (but not required) to take a pleasant, no-pressure tour and sales presentation. The balance of the cost of a full week’s stay will be charged ONLY if the guest decides NOT to complete the tour and sales presentation. Guests who do complete the tour and presentation — regardless of whether they choose to buy — will have enjoyed hundreds of dollars in savings on a terrific vacation, and hopefully they’ll decide they can’t wait to return!

When you refer a VIP guest who takes a full tour, you will earn $25 for the first guest, $50 for the second guest, $75 for the third guest, $100 for the fourth guest and $150 for the fifth guest. And if any VIP guest referred by you purchases an interval within 30 days of taking a tour, you will earn up to an additional $400.

This exciting program will be in effect until June 30, 2008 for owners in good standing who are current on all dues and payments. Other restrictions may apply in certain jurisdictions.
