     Key Management

Jan Borsje Raymond Brookson
Jan Borsje has been a hotel and resort manager on St. Maarten for 25 years and has served as general manager of our resort since 1992. His dedication, good humor and management skills earned him the prestigious recognition as “Hotelier of the Year” in 2006. A professional hotel manager in the Dutch tradition, Jan is available day and night to provide unmatched service and address your concerns.

Coming from a small town in Pennsylvania and living for a time in Southern France, Susan spearheaded Oyster Bay Beach Resort’s sales efforts for several years. This combination of small town charm and real estate savvy makes her the ideal leader of Oyster Bay’s sales effort for its new luxury residential condominium offering.

Anne-Marie Brooks Raymond Brookson
Even as a little girl in Holland, Anne-Marie was involved in hotel administration and serving guests. Today, she brings her expert professionalism to the Resort.

The proprietor of “Beau Beau’s at Oyster Bay,” the Resort’s fabulous new oceanfront bar restaurant, is none other than “King Beau Beau” – St. Maarten’s acclaimed singing talent and King of the Carnival. Thanks to his background in restaurant management, Beau Beau (Leroy Brooks) wows our guests with a winning combination of tropical drinks, delectable meals and fun entertainment.

Tony Alfonzo Mientje Brown
A cowboy at heart, Tony took over the “reigns” of the Oyster Bay Beach Resort Sales Department in 2004. He is doing a great job with his considerable responsibilities yet still has time to perform for guests as a country-and-western singer during our evening entertainment.

Mientje is in charge of all financial dealings at the Resort, including reservations, check-ins, cash and credit transactions, and financial reporting. A Rhode Island college graduate who was born and raised in St. Maarten, she has performed her job at Oyster Bay with excellence since 1993.

Ninoska Lambert
Recently nominated as “Rookie of the Year” by the St. Maarten Hospitality and Tourist Association, Ninoska is no rookie. She graduated from a prestigious hotel management school in Holland and demonstrated her abilities to lead and manage with confidence when she took over this position. She also knows the ways of the island, having been born and raised in St. Maarten.
