Marja heads up Lighthouse Realty, a general real estate brokerage and rental firm that’s part of our Resort and located within our gates. It conducts an island-wide business with sales listings and rentals available all over St. Maarten/St. Martin. Marja has worked on St. Maarten for almost 25 years. While managing a busy office with island-wide sales and rentals, she also specializes in sales and rental services inside our gates at Spinnaker and Lighthouse. As part of the OBBR team, she brings unique qualifications and island expertise, and the Resort is very fortunate to have her as part of our team.
