Mientje emphasizes the “human” half of her job title and helps ensure a happy and harmonious employee staff. In fact, you can blame her for our staff being so friendly. She not only manages staff recognition and training programs, but also handles governmental affairs and community relations. Mientje was born on our sister Dutch Island of Curacao and raised on St. Maarten — a true island native!
